We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Partner cleaning companies, to perform the services
• Service providers, such as Oracle Cloud, Firebase, Brevo, Cloudinary, and Google Maps, only when necessary
• Authorities, when required by law

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request account deletion, withdraw consent subject to legal limitations, and file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

6. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, role-based access control, and continuous monitoring.

7. Data Retention

• Active account data: retained while the account is active
• GPS data: deleted 30 days after the service
• Photos: deleted 90 days after the service
• Invoices: retained as required by tax law
